Mark is a Chartered Banker and corporate finance specialist and has over 30 years of experience in the debt and private equity markets.

He advises on the financial strength of public and privately quoted companies for directors, lenders and pension trustees drawing upon a wealth of experience in the debt and equity markets.

Pension trustee work includes advising trustees of defined benefit pension schemes on the strength of the employers’ covenants (employer covenant reviews) and on negotiation of deficit recovery plans.

Mark has expertise across a wide range of commercial sectors, together with the not-for-profit space.

His background, which includes working in the credit risk management environment, also makes Mark well placed to advise on turnaround and recovery situations.
